Instructions to Make Class Available to Students:

IMPORTANT (If you use Moodle you must read this notice to avoid confusion): After receiving feedback from many Faculty members who want students enrolled in Moodle early all classes will be hidden until made available by the Instructor. All courses were uploaded so they are hidden from student view. Students who are registered in the student information system will be uploaded into courses beginning the week before classes start and continuously uploaded during the semester. ***When you are ready for your students to view your course, you will need to enter the “Settings” in your course administration block and change the course “Availability” to “This course is available to students”. This means that you can allow students to view your course early or you can open your course the day the course begins. You must do this step at some point if you wish for students to see your course.
